The NSA, National Security Agency / Central Security Service, is the United States, Military based Security Agency. A document like this is a big statement! The Document starts with:
We are not alone in the universe.
A few years ago, this notion seemed farfetched; today, the existence of extraterrestrial intelligence is taken for granted by most scientists
Amazed? Anyone that is, has not had an encounter as many millions, if not billions of Humans have, to date.
It may be that some may not believe, and that's ok, perhaps an encounter of another type is required for those to believe?
