Zero-point energy interactions and manifestations

The ion lifters based on the Biefeld–Brown effect, yes . Although a great deal of research has been classified by the powers that be on subject, the mainstream academia does not attribute the motion inducing force on the lifers to a gravitational field manipulation but rather to ion wind.

In my opinion it may be a combination of ion wind and something else acting on the lifters. Lifters have been tested in a vacuum to show that they do not rise because there are no charged particles present to create the ion wind. However that does not rule out the possibility of a second force acting on the lifter that just is not strong enough to cause it to rise. Prof. Turturs experiment however utilized a very low mass rotor and a hydrostatic bearing with a very small resistant; so the force induced by the high voltage potential field was strong enough to actuate the rotor. It was not ion wind. Perhaps Brown et.al were able to isolate this force and somehow amplify it which eventually led to the subjects classification? What ever the case, I believe the Biefeld Brown effect is connected to zero-point energy. More specifically the relationship between zero point energy inertia and inertial mass.

Building the lifters with kids sure gets them interested in Science. A super fun project low cost project.

This page also mentions an experiment conducted in a NASA vaccum chamber using asymmetrical capacitor. The experiment proved again a force is produced despite of the high vacuum.  However the full ressults of the experiemnt have not been published due to confidentiality reasons Here the link:

The paper describes an experiment performed at HONDA R&D where they decrease the measurable  weight of a capacitor using a pulsed 8kV AC potential.
