Cutted at half soft-iron core in form of toroidal cylinder. Boyh parts joined together with very strong force made by very high current impulse via axial thick copper wire connected to both poles of automobile accumulator for a moment. An strong current impulse was introduced. As result Vector magnetic filed H =  rot A, was created, joined both halfs of cores and trapped insinde cylindrical toroidal core. So system is H-field free but another Scalar part of magnetic filed was introduced Hs= - div A in whole toroidal axial direction. At one side of toroidal core Scalar field has plus sign and other minus sign. So total field was composed of those two. Main difference is in interaction at free charges and also non electrical masses. in one case we have acceleration of charges in other deceleration. it means in one case we have current rise while in other current decay. Problem is to find correct geometry ot exclude one of signs according to our needs.
